In a colorful and grand ceremony, the kingmakers and elders of the Dome-Tsevie Clan of Abutia-Kloe formally enthroned Mrs. Joycelyn Akorfa Dotse-Ametsi, a distinguished entrepreneur and CEO of African Hill Resort in Ho, renowned philanthropist, and running mate for the People’s National Convention (PNC) in the 2024 general elections, as the Development Queen, bestowing upon her the noble title Mama Woe-Nenyo I.
