Kpedze Youth Launches Annual Homecoming Festival

The Kpedze Youth for Development Association (KYDA) has officially launched its highly anticipated annual Homecoming Festival, themed “Restoring Unity and Sustainable Development: The Role of the Youth.” This year’s celebration will be hosted by Kpedze Sreme from October 17th to 23rd and promises a week of fun-filled activities.
The launch event, which took place on Saturday, September 27th, at the VAG Gardens in Ho, brought together chiefs, opinion leaders, and vibrant youth to raise funds and generate excitement for the celebration. A key focus of this year’s festival is to address the critical challenge of access to clean water in Kpedze Sreme, with the proposed project aiming to provide potable water for the community.
As KYDA calls on citizens of Kpedze and well-wishers to join in the celebration, the association emphasizes the importance of unity and youth-led development initiatives. The festival rotates among various Kpedze communities, and this year’s hosting by Kpedze Sreme presents an opportunity for collective effort towards restoring the community’s former glory.
With a packed schedule of activities, the Homecoming Festival is set to be a highlight of the year. KYDA invites everyone to be part of this joyous celebration and contribute to the noble cause of sustainable development in Kpedze. Let’s come together to make a difference!
