KPESCO places 2nd in the Regional Contest of the 4th Edition of Ghana Energy Commission’s Renewable Energy Challenge , Vows to Retain the National Trophy

The Kpedze Senior High School (KPESCO) has emerged 2nd in the 4th Edition of Ghana Energy Commission’s Senior High Schools Renewable Energy Challenge, Volta Regional contest, held today 15th June, 2023.

The challenge which was keenly contested among some of the finest Senior High Schools in the Volta Region saw Sogakope Senior High School claiming the top spot, narrowly beating last year’s national winners, KPESCO.

Below is a breakdown of the contest.

1st – SOGASCO 88.33

2nd – KPESCO 73.5

3rd – Bishop Herm 70.66

4th – Kpando SHS 70.33

5th – Tsito SHTS 67.5

6th – Mawuli 61.66

7th – Ola SHS 61.33

8th – Mawuko 53.67

9th – Keta SHS 42.67

Whiles congratulating the winners, the teachers and students of KPESCO also issued a warning to the other schools to be on the watch out as they are going to do everything within their means to retain the national trophy back to the Volta Region.
