Will You Allow An Unqualified Nurse to Administer A Drug To You? – Kwame Pianim Asked

A Ghanaian political analyst based in the US, Mr Amoako J. has queried renowned economist, Mr. Kwame Pianim if he will ever allow an unqualified nurse to administer a drug to him.

His question comes after the elder statesman admonished Ghanaians to choose the New Patriotic Party’s flagbearer, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia as president ahead of NDC’s John Dramani Mahama in the December 7 presidential election.

Mr. Pianim who is also an advisor on Bawumia’s campaign team told Joy News in an interview that he foresees Ghana’s developmental transformation if the Vice President is promoted to president.

He added that the National Democratic Congress’s flagbearer, Mr Mahama has nothing new to offer Ghanaians having been tried as a president.

“Mahama has been a president, Bawumia hasn’t so why don’t we give him the chance so we see what he can do?” he questioned.

But in a social media post, Mr Amoako asked if Mr. Pianim will ever allow an inexperienced driver to drive him through the streets of Accra.

He is also seeking an answer from elder statesman if he will allow an unqualified nurse to administer drug on him.

According to Mr. Amoako, Nana Addo knew Bawumia was not ready for president that’s why Bawumia’s inputs were ignored during the IMF bailout negotiations.

Mr. Amoako also claims Nana Addo knew Dr. Bawumia was inexperienced that’s why the government ignored his lectures on economic policies.

The US-based Ghanaian believes Dr. Bawumia has exhibited the highest level of incompetence and should not be given the opportunity to further worsen the country’s woes.

“Looking at the extent of damage Nana Addo and Bawumia led government have plagued Ghana into, it will take someone with the needed experience in governance to redeem the country’s economy at a full speed and JM has the political experience already to save Ghana’s economic downturn.

When you have an experienced candidate like JM and NDC who have experience knowledge in governance then its certainly not the time to try political amateurs like Bawumia.

Governance is not like football gala where football players go for trials.”
